Check out the section on Software requirements in the README-file of the windkit repo
Download the specified FreeCAD version
Fork our windkit repo
Send us a pull request of your change with a specific explanation of why and what you changed
We will check your changes and come back to you in case clarifications are needed
We will accept your pull request if everything is clear and your change plausible
In case we don´t accept your change and you think we took a poor decision. Proof us wrong by developing your own fork of the windkit
